"I just had to give a shout out to Meg Hunter’s office! I am in the market for insurance, so I called Meg’s office for a quote. I spoke with Anne and Lauren and had the best experience! Anne was so sweet and kind and answered all of my questions and then passed me on to Lauren for the quote. They were both so helpful and I’m definitely going to be going with this office! "We are family members of Meg, but hey guys...don't feel bad about how you are treated- we are not treated any better, it's looking like we get treated worse than the rest of you. I reached out to Meg personally 8 weeks ago with a time sensitive question...she replied that she is so busy that her time was precious. She would try and call me when she had a chance. She has not returned my call. We have no idea why she had choosen to act this way. Now after talking with corporate- MEG'S AGENCY HAS , PER CORPORATE- OUT AND OUT LIED TO US ABOUT OUR POLICY!!!!! My husband had an appointment for a phone conference and then received a call from Ann that she had accidentally double booked Meg and would call him to reschedule- that was a week ago. Have Meg or Ann called either of us....nope. Never had any issues when David ran this agency, he was always ready to help, at anytime. We had to finally reach out to David to say....hey, can you help us? I'm thinking its time to call the NC Insurance Commissioner and report her, which I just finished doing! Trust your money to an agent that values their customers, not here!"

"Worst insurance company. I have got into a car accident with one their client and they did not treat me fairly. First of all their claim agents are so bad at calling or answering your call. They take forever for any update. They screw you over with pay even close to what the fair value for your car. Go to hell with your pain and suffering, they will not consider anything you tell them or how much you suffer even after providing with all the documentation. They say they let math decide how much you suffer. Hell with your body, they let math decide everything. I would stay away from State Farm. They will never treat you fairly if you get into an accident. They are a bunch of liers and money hungry monsters."

"ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC FROM "Hello to Good-Bye!!" 8-14-24 From the time Manny answered the phone until the time he thanked me for being a State Farm customer, I was treated with GENUINE care! **Normally, I wouldn't showcase this sort of kid-glove treatment, but for the entire 30+ years I've been with Hunter, State Farm, I've never NOT received respect and concern! ** Whether it's something small, like replacement cards or something big, like an auto accident, Meg Hunter (and Mr. David Hunter, before her) have ALWAYS treated me and my family/friends with nothing but the upmost respect and shown us UNCOMPARABLE customer care when we needed them! Dealing with the Hunter's (State Farm) insurance agency has ALWAYS made the commercial true......... like a good neighbor, State Farm really "IS THERE!""

"DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I AM NOT SURE HOW I WAS LINKED TO THIS AGENCY BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS AGENCY FOR MANY YEARS. I JUST HAD 1 QUESTION THAT COULD NOT BE ANSWERED NOR JUSTIFIED. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS NOR DO THEY ASSIST WITH THE QUESTIONS OR ANSWER INQUIRES IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, ESPECIALLY ANN. SHE IS RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB. WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILLING SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ THE BILL AND SHE DOES NOT KNOW MUCH INFORMATION ALWAYS HAVE TO FIND THE ANSWER. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. FIND ANOTHER AGENCY TO WORK WITH. ALTOGETHER WORK WITH ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. STATE FARM IS A FRAUD! ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE FRAUDS!!!"

"Joi provided a detailed quote to help us decide on changing insurance providers. Needless to say, before the phone call was over, I had switched to State Farm. Premiums so much more reasonable (for the same amount of coverage) than our previous provider. She was polite and informative but very personable."
